1. Accept terms
These terms constitute the agreement between you and the SpoMess operator. If you do not agree, you may not continue to use the service.
2. Conditions of use
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your login information, and be responsible for activity arising from your account.
You may not use the service if use is prohibited by law where you live.
3. Login account
Each social login method is identified by a provider-authenticated identity. Email accounts can be supplemented with social login methods as specified by the application.
You must notify us when you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We may temporarily lock your account to protect you or the service.
4. User Content
You retain the rights to the content you create and grant SpoMess the necessary technical rights to store, transmit, display, synchronize and back up the content to provide the services.
You commit that the submitted content does not violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or legal rights of others.
SpoMess has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not create, send or share content that is obscene, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, illegal or otherwise objectionable. You can report a user from their profile and block abusive users. We may review reports and remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Prohibited acts
You must not:
- scam, impersonate, threaten, harass or distribute spam;
- send content that is violent, illegal, or abusive to children;
- distribute malicious code, scan, sabotage or attempt to bypass protection measures;
- collect other people's data without permission;
- use the service to violate the law or the rights of a third party.
6. External features and services
Apps can integrate social login, push notifications, file storage, maps, and other services. Availability of these services may depend on external providers.
You are responsible for complying with those providers' individual terms when using their account or services.
7. Messages, media and moments
You can only create moments from existing messages and must have permission to use the media included in them. Deleting messages or accounts may affect link content.
We may limit file size, type, sending frequency, and storage time to ensure stable performance.
8. Location sharing
Location sharing is optional. It is your responsibility to check recipients before enabling sharing and to disable features when no longer needed.
9. Paid plans and collaborative features
Paid plans are purchased, renewed, cancelled and refunded under App Store or Google Play rules. The price and billing period shown by the store at purchase apply. Deleting your SpoMess account does not cancel the store subscription; you must cancel it in the store’s subscription management to avoid the next renewal.
Each plan has its own entitlements, limits and premium features, including account or conversation limits. Entitlements apply only after the store and our system confirm the transaction and may be restricted when payment expires, is revoked or otherwise becomes invalid.
When using friends, groups, stranger matching, Moments, schedules or Spo Notes, you must choose recipients carefully, respect privacy, and share only content or location you are entitled to provide. Content shown in a conversation may be visible to current members according to each feature’s scope; blocking, leaving, recall or deletion may change access and linked content.
10. Intellectual property
Interface, brand, source code, content provided by SpoMess and related components belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or exploit them beyond the permitted scope.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate the terms, pose a risk to others, cause harm to the system, or where the service needs to be discontinued for legal reasons.
You can delete your account according to the function in the application. Some data may remain in backup for as long as needed.
12. Limitation of liability
Services are provided according to current capabilities. We endeavor to maintain stability but do not guarantee that the service will be continuous, error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
13. Changes to terms
The Terms may be updated as features, operating methods or legal requirements change. When a new version requires approval, the app displays the document before you continue.
14. Applicable law
Issues related to the terms are explained and handled according to the applicable law in the place where the operator provides the service, to the extent permitted by law.
